Our name and our products come from a centuries old farm that we spent 2 years tirelessly rehabbing in the small coastal town of Prospect, Maine. From our organic farming practices to the delivery of products straight from our farm to your door, sustainability is at the core of our operations. As part of this continued commitment to sustainability we are excited to share that our packaging is now 100% recyclable.
Introducing Our New 100% Recyclable Packaging
As part of our continued commitment to sustainability we are excited to introduce our new 100% recyclable packaging. From the corrugated paper and water based dyes on the boxes, to the glass bottles of the tinctures, all packaging has been meticulously selected and designed with sustainability in mind.

FSC-Certified Printers & Finishers
Our commitment to sustainability extends to selecting a FSC Certified Printer in Masterpiece Printers, which recycles all aluminum plates to WBE certified and sustainability focused finishers in Decoupage & Assemblage after use.
Our Pledge to Reduce Waste & Emissions
We are further supporting this pledge by introducing a new 3-month subscription model - with this shift we will eliminate ⅔ of the amount of shipping and related CO2 emissions while also significantly reducing packaging-related waste.
To put this in perspective, a single customer in LA would help reduce 52.8K kg of CO2 emissions by switching to a 3-month subscription.
1% for the Planet Commitment
As of April 1st we will be donating 1% of our annual revenue to the 1% For The Planet Organization. Started in 2002 by Yvon Chouinard, founder of Patagonia, and Craig Mathews, founder of Blue Ribbon Flies, 1% for the Planet is a global organization that connects dollars and doers to accelerate smart environmental giving. From our production to our donations, we are ensuring that as we grow and expand, we further support the planet in every way possible.

Community Partnerships
We are committed members of our community and support through active participation in sustainable farming groups such as Maine Farmland Trust (MFT) and Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA).
Maine Farmland Trust is the only statewide organization dedicated to protecting farmland, and is a national leader in farmland protection and farmland access work. Since its founding, Maine Farmland Trust has expanded its program areas to not only protect Maine farmland, but increase farm viability by helping farmers thrive, and raising public awareness about the important role farms play in our communities.
The Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association, formed in 1971, is the oldest and largest state organic organization in the country. MOFGA is a broad-based community that educates about and advocates for organic agriculture, illuminating its interdependence with a healthy environment, local food production, and thriving communities.
